These terms govern use of the Geeks & Pink website, member accounts, memberships, games, and digital purchases.

Accounts

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting their passwords, and using the service lawfully. Account access may be limited when fraud, abuse, or security risks are detected.

Digital licenses

Unless stated otherwise, a game purchase grants the customer a personal, non-transferable license to access the purchased game. The customer may not resell, share, copy, or redistribute protected access links or game content.

Payments

Prices are shown before checkout. Google Pay processes payments and may present additional payment terms. Taxes or fees may apply depending on location and configuration.

Memberships

Paid memberships renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Benefits may change with reasonable notice. Cancellation affects future billing and does not automatically create a refund for a completed billing period.

Acceptable use

Customers may not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, attempt unauthorized entry, upload malicious code, or use the website to violate another person's rights.

Availability

The store may update, replace, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or business operations.
