All sales are final. No exceptions.
All purchases at Geeks & Pink — including games, memberships, G&P Bucks packages, and digital collectibles — are final sale. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
Why all sales are final
All products sold on Geeks & Pink are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase. Because digital content cannot be returned, resold, or unreceived in the way a physical product can, all sales are final once payment is processed.
Games
Game purchases are non-refundable. Once a game is added to your library, the sale is complete. If you experience a technical issue accessing a game you purchased, contact us at the support page and we will work to resolve access problems.
Memberships
Membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time to stop future renewal charges — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued.
G&P Bucks
G&P Bucks packages are non-refundable once purchased. Bucks have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Digital Collectibles
NFT collectible purchases and borrow fees are non-refundable once the transaction is confirmed.
Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you believe you were charged twice for the same item or charged for something you did not purchase, contact us immediately at the support page with your member email and the charge details. We will investigate and correct verified billing errors.
