Do my purchased games expire?
No. Once you buy a game it's in your library permanently. There are no subscriptions required to access games you've purchased.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Stripe also supports Apple Pay and Google Pay where available in your browser. G&P Bucks are used for in-store collectible purchases.
How do G&P Bucks work with collectibles?
G&P Bucks are the in-store currency used to buy, borrow, and trade digital collectibles on the marketplace. You earn a starter bonus when you register and can purchase more Bucks via Stripe any time.
Can I message the team after a purchase?
Yes. Signed-in members can send a message any time from Account → Messages. The team replies within 24 hours and your reply appears right in the thread — no email client needed.
Do I need a subscription to play games?
No subscription required. Each game is purchased once — either by card through Stripe or with G&P Bucks. Free games are available to all registered members at no cost.
Is my personal information secure?
Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes — never in plain text. Payment details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Sessions are secured with httpOnly cookies.
